You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our services in accordance with these terms. This licence does not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except as expressly stated herein.

You retain ownership of all data you input into our platform. nanovexison will process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as specified in your service agreement. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in your service agreement.
nanovexison reserves the right to change subscription fees with 30 days' notice. Continued use of our services after fee changes constitutes acceptance of the new fees.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, nanovexison shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or relating to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to nanovexison in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. nanovexison disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless nanovexison, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Graz, Austria.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time with appropriate notice as specified in your service contract. nanovexison may immediately terminate or suspend your access to our services if you violate these terms.
Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law clauses.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at legal@nanovexison.world. We will process such requests in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
nanovexison reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
